New Manager Orientation
New Manager Orientation (NMO) is a series of workshops focused on orienting new managers to the offices, people, tools, and resources that will help them succeed in their role of manager at ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ. NMO is intended for all managers new to the role at ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ.

Manager Resources Blackboard Course
All managers are enrolled and have access to a Manager Resources course on Blackboard. This course houses all of the slides and resources from the current NMO sessions.
Manager/Supervisory Development Opportunities
ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ offers a variety of online, on demand, and in-person training opportunities for supervisors and managers. Some trainings are required and some are optional. Please review the Management/Supervisory Development section of the Training calendar to view all available and upcoming options.
