Accepted Student Checklist
The easiest way to submit your enrollment deposit is online via your goÒùÐÔÊÓƵ portal.
You can pay securely by credit card or electronic check.
From go.stockton.edu:
- Enter your username and password and click Login.
- Select the Bursar tab and click Make a Deposit in the My Account box (center of the page).
- You will be redirected to the TouchNet Payment System. Choose the appropriate term from the drop down menu and click Select.
- Choose the appropriate deposit type from the drop down menu and verify the term and amount are correct.
- Choose the payment method from the drop down menu and click Select. Follow the remaining prompts.

- Complete both sides of the Enrollment Confirmation & Waiver Form included in your acceptance packet. Return in the postage-paid reply envelope.

NOTE: All EOF and veterans/military-affliated students should submit a waiver form.
International students should not submit the Online Waiver Form; they must submit the $250 enrollment deposit electronically in their goÒùÐÔÊÓƵ portal or by mail through check or money order.
All first-year students who DID NOT submit SAT/ACT scores must complete placement testing in math, reading, & writing.
Students with a math SAT score of 560 or less or a math ACT of 23 or less must complete math placement testing only.
Select transfer students may be required to complete placement testing.
Students can submit SAT/ACT scores at any time in the enrollment process to be exempt from some or all of the placement testing requirements. Scores can be emailed to admissions@stockton.edu.

Spring 2025 admits can complete the FAFSA now. Fall 2025 admits will be able to complete the 2025-26 FAFSA beginning December 1, 2024.
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to the appropriate deadline. ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ's FAFSA school code is 009345.
NJ Dreamer students will not file the FAFSA. NJ Dreamers should file the NJ Alternative Application at each year.
You will receive email notification when your financial aid offer is ready to view in your goÒùÐÔÊÓƵ portal. You must take action on certain types of financial aid; click here to learn more.
If living on campus: After submitting your $250 enrollment deposit, complete your housing application & contract and submit the $150 housing deposit in your goÒùÐÔÊÓƵ portal.
Spring 2025 students: Spring housing application now available under the Student Life tab in your goÒùÐÔÊÓƵ portal!
Fall 2025 students: 2025-26 housing applications will be available in January 2025.
Orientation is mandatory for all new students.
Spring 2025 admitted students: Invitations have been sent out to admitted students. Contact Admissions if you have questions!
Fall 2025 admitted students: Invitations will be emailed in April.
All full- and part-time students must provide immunization information to meet University and New Jersey state requirements prior to registering for classes.
COVID-19 Vaccination: ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ strongly recommends but no longer requires employees and students to be vaccinated against the virus.

Transfers: Please note that any courses still in progress cannot be evaluated until you complete the course and an updated transcript has been sent to us.
First-Year Students (Freshmen): Make sure we have your final transcript as well as any documentation related to AP, IB or college credits you earned during high school.
All transcripts should be sent to ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ's Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Submit your Enrollment Confirmation deposit online no later than June 30 (Fall term) / November 15 (Spring term)

Note: Requests for a waiver of Enrollment Confirmation Deposit will not be granted (per Bulletin page 26). The deposit is refundable if a visa request is denied.

Without confirmation of enrollment, you will not be able to apply for Form I-20, register for new student orientation, register for courses, or apply for housing;

Familiarize yourself with the documents required for your Form I-20 (needed for your international student visa interview)

Schedule an appointment with your family doctor to complete the immunization requirements. (COVID-19 Vaccination: ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ strongly recommends but no longer requires employees and students to be vaccinated against the virus.)
Once we receive your Enrollment Confirmation, you will become officially confirmed with SU, and will be included in New Student Orientation outreach (to get you ready for the start of your first semester).
In the meantime, await an email from Mr. Yibin Feng, International Student Advisor, regarding your Form I-20 steps.
