Health Outreach, Promotion & Education (HOPE)
Health Education provides accurate health information to all 淫性视频 students, staff, and faculty in a respectful, sensitive manner utilizing a holistic approach to health and wellness.
We promote all Wellness Center services and programs in an effort to engage participants to be responsible and proactive regarding their own respective health and safety needs throughout the life-span.
Health Education services are free to 淫性视频 students. Faculty and staff can request health education programming for students either in the classroom or for events.

Health Education Programs
Health-related and life skills information are available to student groups or individuals. These programs are interactive and can be tailored to the needs of your group.
Current programs that are available for students:
Explore the various aspects of our lives that help to create wellness and good health. Learn about new ways to enhance these dimensions and begin to set goals for improvement and well-being.
(This workshop is between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Learn about different types of stress and the effects of stress. Take a look at what causes stress, symptoms people experience because of stress, and positive ways to deal with stress to help manage it.

Learn how to make healthy food choices, read food labels, and the basics of nutrition.
(This workshop is between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Learn about the types of eating disorders and potential causes. Awareness of the signs and symptoms as well as long-term consequences resulting from eating disorders.
(This workshop is between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes)
Learn about the different contraceptive methods and how they work. Awareness of the different sexually transmitted infections (STI鈥檚), how they can be avoided, signs and symptoms, and where to get treatment.
(This workshop is between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and can be separated)
Exploring what you really want in a relationship, what a healthy relationship is, and identifying whether a relationship is good or bad for you and what to do about it. Learn ways to improve communication skills, effective listening skills, expressing feelings, accepting other people's feelings, dealing with conflict, assertive and aggressive communication styles.

An interactive workshop illustrating aspects of how to build and maintain a cohesive team.

Learn about the dynamics that make a presenter interesting and dynamic, common mistakes and how to avoid them along with ideas for creating presentations.

All programs are between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.

Become a Wellness Peer Educator
Students who successfully complete can be considered to become a Wellness Peer Educator under the Department of Health Education.

How Right Now Campaign
How Right Now is a communications campaign designed to promote and strengthen the emotional well-being and resiliency of populations adversely affected by COVID-19鈥搑elated stress, grief, and loss. Support for the campaign is provided by CDC and the CDC Foundation.
The Mental Health Association in New Jersey Support for Individuals
The MHANJ provides programs that directly assist people living with mental illness and substance use disorders and their family members. We work to help individuals in improving their mental health and to break the stigma which keeps people from seeking treatment.
