Meet the Ombuds Officer

Dr. Karen A. Reardon, PhD, JD serves as the ÒùÐÔÊÓƵ Ombuds Officer.    In this role, she focuses on confidentially facilitating employee conflict mitigation and resolution.  She is available by email at Karen.Reardon@stockton.edu.

Dr. Reardon’s considerable experience includes serving as an educator, mediator and lawyer. She is a tenured faculty member of LaSalle University’s Department of Management and Leadership where she teaches dispute resolution, management, ethics and law, and trains members of the La Salle Faculty Mediation Committee.  She has published numerous articles on various topics including dispute resolution and complex problem solving.

Dr. Reardon earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree at Vanderbilt University School of Law and received a Doctor in Philosophy degree at the University of Michigan.
