Training: 

In 2023 LIGHT developed a new Integrated Casino Resort Operations Certificate. The innaugural cohort of 23 students graduated on March 5th, 2024. 

Events:

LIGHT hosted three signature events in 2023. 

Research:

In addition to the annual Restaurant Week Patron Survey, LIGHT conducted Capital Improvement Impact research on behalf of Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa and gathered regional stakeholders together to seek employment solutions for the Gaming Hospitality and Tourism Industries of Atlantic County. 

Publications:

LIGHT continues to produce three publications.

For the year ended 2023 LIGHT was mentioned in 2,430 articles read by over 9.7 billion people worldwide. LIGHT was featured in media from 46 US states, the District of Columbia and 39 forigen countries including the Associated Press, Daily Mail (UK), Washington Post, U.S. News & World Report, Philadelphia Inquirer, NJ.com, NJBiz and The Press of Atlantic City, and on New Jersey 101.5, NBC and ABC News.

* The University changed media tracking vendors from Trend Kite to Critical Mention as of July 1, 2020.
