Dr. Ana Edmondson (she/her)
Visionary
A Camden native, EOF, and TRIO alumna member that serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Transitions, Access and Retention Programs oversees Student Transition Programs, Academic Achievement Programs, Career Education, and Development Office, EOF, and Military and Veteran Services. For five years, she taught a course titled, Inclusive Student Transitions, which was designated as an R1 course. She brings over 14 years of experience leading inclusive student success programs that aims to increase retention and close equity gaps at three different universities including Saint Peter鈥檚 University, Rutgers University, and 淫性视频. Dr. Edmondson completed her doctorate in education at Rutgers University, her masters' degree in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University-Teachers College, and her bachelor鈥檚 degree in Psychology from Rutgers University-New Brunswick.
Yesenia Pacheco (she/her)
Internship Coordinator
Yesenia is the Coordinator of Student Transitions Access & Retention. She is a first-generation and EOF alumni that originates from Trenton, New Jersey. She has worked on various initiatives, programs, and events that correlate with diversity, equity, social justice, and inclusion. Yesenia completed her Masters' degree, and her Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Social Work from 淫性视频.

Jaylin Gonzalez (she/her)
Jaylin is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Forensics. She plans to obtain a Master's degree in Counseling and Mental Health Services, with the ultimate goal of becoming a Criminal Profiler for the FBI. In addition to her academic pursuits, Jaylin holds two leadership positions: Chief Executive Officer for the Cultural Engagement Osprey Internship and Lead Career Ambassador for the Career Education and Development office. Her motivation comes from her experience as a second-generation student and her commitment to challenging the stigma faced by Latina women in higher education. Overall, Jaylin aspires to gain knowledge about diversity issues and raise awareness within the field of psychology.

Jenna Samiz (she/her)
Jenna is a Syrian fourth-year student majoring in social work. Their hometown is Haledon, NJ. Jenna identifies as a first-generation student and Muslim. Their involvement includes Model United Nations and Residential Life. For Jenna, diversity, equity, and inclusion mean 鈥渢o show active acceptance, humility, and enthusiasm for all different backgrounds and using those values to foster equity.鈥
Colby Hunter (he/him)
Colby is a senior pursuing his bachelor鈥檚 degree in social work. As the son of a military service member, he has lived in Europe and various places throughout the United States. Colby aspires to become a licensed clinical social worker and establish a private practice to help people with mental, emotional, and behavioral health challenges. His core values include family, education, and self-care. As a black man, Colby believes in serving his community and advocating for diversity and inclusion as a CEO intern. For Colby diversity, equity, and inclusion means everyone no matter what background they came from should be treated equally and given equal opportunities to ensure positive well-being. To this end, Colby wants to create a practice where everyone can feel safe and heard.

Gloria Noel (she/her)
Gloria is a Haitian second-year student majoring in exercise science with an interest in physical therapy. Gloria has aspirations of becoming a physical therapist working with athletes and being representation for young black girls with dreams of entering the same field one day. Some of her core values are family, education, and most importantly honoring God. While being a CEO intern her involvement also includes the Caribbean Student Association and EOF Peer Mentorship Program. For Gloria, diversity, equity, and inclusion mean 鈥済enerating safe, empowering, and advancing spaces for people of all backgrounds in all settings鈥.
Andrew Simoes (he/him)
Andrew is a Senior majoring in History with a concentration in K-12 education. Andrew hopes one day to become a High school History teacher and go on to earn both his Master and PhD to work in higher education. Andrew is heavily involved at 淫性视频 while he currently serves as a CEO intern. Andrew has held the position of TALONS, K-12 partnership and programming Intern at the Multicultural Center, and President of both the Newman Club and Dungeons and Dragons Club. To Andrew, diversity, equity, and inclusion mean 鈥 ensuring that all, regardless of their race, skin color, Social, economic status, sexual orientation, feel empowered, safe, have opportunities for advancement, and feel like their voice are heard.

Rowena Adeclat (she/her)
Rowena is a second-year Haitian student majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Dance. She hails from Orange, NJ. After graduating from 淫性视频, Rowena plans to attend law school and become a prosecutor, working to ensure that underserved individuals receive fair sentencing for their criminal actions. As a CEO intern, Rowena is actively involved in the Caribbean Student Association and the Minorities in Law organization. She is known for being bold, energetic, hardworking, and ambitious. Rowena believes that everyone has a voice and deserves to be heard. This belief is a driving force behind her role as a CEO intern, where she aims to help others understand the power of their voices and how to effectively use that power in a professional setting at this year's conference.
Fara Batista (she/her)
Fara is a third-year student majoring in psychology with a minor in Business Administration. Her hometown is Toms River, NJ. Fara aspires to get a masters degree in industrial and organizational psychology with the hopes of changing the ways employees are treated within an organization. Her goal is to improve employee relations with human resources to not only give a better work experience to the employees, but also to increase revenue. Her motivations come from her family and friends.

Tony Guardado Castro (he/him)
Tony is a first-generation Salvadoran student majoring in business analytics and minoring in economics, driven by a profound enthusiasm for data analytics and corporate law. He was born and raised in Plainfield, New Jersey, a small city in North Jersey. He is currently a Residential Assistant, Career Ambassador, EOF Mentor, and the president of his fraternity Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity, Inc. For Tony, diversity and inclusion make safe spaces for everyone regardless of background, race, skin tone, etc.
Ammar Farooq (he/him)
Ammar is a Business Marketing undergrad in his final year at 淫性视频, enrolled in the dual-degree BS/MBA program with a concentration in Accounting. Passionate about both marketing and accounting, he aspires to earn CPA certification and bring strategic insights to the business world. As a first-generation Pakistani-American student and a Cultural Engagement Osprey (CEO) intern, Ammar actively works to promote cultural understanding and professional development on campus. To him, diversity, equity, and inclusion mean "creating spaces where people from all backgrounds feel empowered and valued, fostering a community of mutual respect and growth.鈥

Destiny Randolph (she/her)
Destiny Randolph is a third-year psychology student at 淫性视频, concentrating on forensics and minoring in victimology. She is driven to work in the court system as a forensic psychologist, evaluating and understanding criminal behavior to ensure justice. As a Cultural Engagement Osprey (CEO) intern, Destiny serves on the branding and marketing committee, supporting initiatives that inspire community engagement. She also leads as president of 淫性视频鈥檚 Forensic Psychology Club and works as a program supervisor at a local academy. Passionate about serving, Destiny volunteers through community clean-ups and tutoring, staying closely connected to her community. After earning her bachelor鈥檚 degree, she plans to pursue a master鈥檚 in forensic psychology and expand her nonprofit, Beauty in Brown Babies, a safe space that empowers children of color. Motivated by her family鈥檚 encouragement, Destiny aims to break stereotypes, serving as a role model for her community and aspiring to join the 6% of Black women in the forensic psychology field.
Condoleezza Scott (she/her)
Condoleezza is a Health Science major with a minor in Public Health. As a first-generation Ghanaian, she is deeply committed to addressing the disparities faced by Black women in maternal health. Inspired by the urgent need for change, Condoleezza aspires to become a nurse midwife who can provide compassionate care and support to expectant mothers in her community. She鈥檚 dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equity. She believes it鈥檚 important to create an environment where everyone feels valued and all voices are heard.
Catherine Bontilao Allen (she/her)
Catherine Bontilao Allen is a senior pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus in visual communications and a minor in art history. Her hometown is New Gretna, NJ. As a first-generation Filipino American and student, she brings a unique perspective to her work as a freelance graphic designer and studio artist. Currently serving as a CEO Intern, Catherine is actively involved in the 淫性视频 Creative Collective and the Pilipina American Student Association (PASAS). Her passion for art and diverse community engagement drives her to create meaningful connections through visual storytelling, aiming to bring more artists and creative minds into these diverse and professional atmospheres.
